I will never fly with United again"Ĭons: "HORRIBLE CREW! I’ve never been treated so poorly by a professional in any industry. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Pros: "First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage.
